Unfortunately, these corner tilt latches have been discontinued and we have not been able to locate suitable replacements. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Thank you for you're reply. There were no markings on the guides at all. Would you be so kind as to give me any information at all such as a name brand or anything i may be able to use to find these online somewhere?

Unfortunately, our part numbers would not be the same as other companies since these are generic tilt latches used by a wide range of window manufacturers. The only possible solution that we could offer would be to see if you could install surface-mounted tilt latches in place of your originals as shown in the video below. Look it over and see what you think.
