need parts for Milgard window

Hi,

We have a Milgard window with upper and lower panes. The lower pane can swing downward into the house to be cleaned. The locking mechanisms that keep the pane from swinging down (unless released) have broken. See the attached the picture, I have circled the parts that need to be replaced in red.

The window panes have the following identifying information:

Lower Pane: 136 MAY 13 2005 06:42 551532.002 0531 SUCL LOWE (a few more letters are covered up)

Upper Pane: 143 MAY 10 2005 06:43 501502.002 0030 SUCL LOWE4V

Can you tell me what parts I need to purchase to fix this window?

Hello, Lewis. The parts in question are called "tilt latches." Yours in particular appear to match our 26-243 and 26-244. I think these may be what you want, but look over our specs and let me know what you think!
