need parts for Viking windows

Question

The existing balances have a metal channel that is 21" long, and 1/2 " wide. The part number stamped on it is "2030 DL". I have provided photos of the part and the plastic ends. When installed, these parts cannot be seen. Please let me know if you have replacements for these. I will need 6 or 8 of these.

Hello Lynn. Have you seen our S395-21 channel balance? I believe this is the balance that would work best as a replacement for you. Take a look and let us know if you agree.
