need replacement T-Slot Offset Hollow Foam Seal for American Craftsman windows circa early 2000s

In need of replacing foam seals between bottom of window and sill. We purchased windows through Home Depot in early 2000s, pretty sure they were American Craftsman.

This seal looks like a dead ringer for our 58-183. I recommend you look over the specifications on its store page and compare them with yours to see if they match up.
