Hello,
I have a part number 27C BP5 CMC 3 that has a broken plastic attachment. Hook one end, plastic attachment opposite. Hoping photo helps? The problem is the plastic piece is riveted to the metal stamping so cant be replaced. I will need the entire balance.
Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out! I am confident that we can supply you with a replacement balance however, this does not appear to be a standard balance in our inventory. This will likely need to be a custom order balance. With that said, I'll need to see a photo of the balance removed from the window to determine the best replacement.
Custom orders are nonrefundable and nonreturnable. So it will be important to see the balance removed to ensure that we are providing you with the most accurate replacement. I'll also need to need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance type.
In regard to the pivot shoe, you are looking to replace it, I'll need to see it removed as well.
