need replacement balances

Question

I have removed the channel balances and one is broken. they are 1/2" x 29" long. number on bottom is 27-6. Sticker on window frame says Series 710 SH; H-R40-48x84

Dimensions are 9/16 x 29"

Thanks for writing in. See our S395-28. Just go over the dimensions and specifications listed to ensure they match your old hardware: the bottom nylon fitting should lack 'wings', and the metal channel, not including the nylon fittings, should be 28". If there is a stamp code on the metal channel that reads 27-6, you will need a stamp option of 2760.
