need replacement coil window balance

Question

Hello - the plastic housing around the metal component that holds the pivot bar somehow broke when I was opening my tilt window. I need to order a replacement but am unsure what to purchase. I have attached photos of the working side with the window removed and the damaged side as well as the broken plastic housing. thank you for your help!

If you have Certainteed windows, we offer the 15-192 pivot shoe that uses the S170 and S171 coil springs, along with the parts listed under the related items section of the 15-192 product page. Please note that some customers have reported that they needed to shave the front of the shoe down to install it in their window jamb.
