need replacement cranks -- Simonton casement

Home Owner from Oakland, CA
Hi-- I need 4 replacement cranks for the simonton casement window, installed in 2-17 or so. The crank pin has come out. I may only need the crank part and not the whole assembly. Thanks for your help. Lauren

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-375 and 39-376 handle with cover kits to yours. If you determine that you do need to replace the entire operator, please open the window as far as you can and show us a top-down photo of the operator arms that move the sash to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Thank you. When you say "entire operator" what are you referring to? The folding handle with cover? If yes, I will get the folding handle with cover. What is the difference between 39-375 and 39-376-- is it only that one nests to the right and the other to the left? In any case, they look like the right part. Please confirm. Thanks for your help. Thanks for getting back to us. From what I can see in your photos, I believe your windows use one of the Encore style operators shown in the video below. See the video below showing the difference between these two operators.

Both of these operator pairs use the 39-375 and 39-376 handles with cover kits that we recommended. You are also correct that the only difference between the two parts is that one handle mounts on the left, while the other mounts on the right side of the operator base.
