nylon rollers for Milgard vinyl windows 1999

A number of the larger horizontal sliders in our house have failed rollers and I've been unable to find an exact replacement. The rollers are 1/2" in diameter. They are Milgard vinyl windows and were installed in 1999. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we do not carry a suitable replacement for the sliding window roller shown in your photo. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
