Hello there. This Top Sash Guide might be our 18-199. Compare the dimensions listed in the pictures on the shop page to confirm.

If you're replacing the channel balances also, I should note that 2830 is just the designation for the spring calibration, not the balance's identity. A lot of different Top Sash Guides can work with a lot of different balances, so the only to know what balances you need is to show us pictures of the nylon fittings or attachments on each end. See the video below.
