need replacement part

A home owner from florida says:

this is a window piece that is not sliding and therefore broken.
I don't know if there are any numbers on this, nothing visible. i can remove it if that would be helpful.
There are two screws, the one visible on top and one on the side of the window, to hold it in place.
the window is by Better Built.
Thanks for any help locating the piece.
