I can't say for sure with your coil balance still installed but take a look and compare our 15-175 pivot shoe to yours, which is compatible with our series 152 coil springs. 

If your coils don't have any numbers included in the stamp, you'll need to weigh the sash and divide the weight by the number of coils on both sides of the window to choose the correct stamp option. Thank you!
