need replacement pivot shoes

Question

Hi, I need 2 of these pivot lock shoes because the bottom portion that holds the round/white turning piece has cracked.
Measurements are: 55 mm high x 31mm wide x 15mm deep.
I don't see any that matches exactly. Thanks for any help you can give.

I'd like to start by mentioning that the pivot shoe you have been using has been discontinued. I highly believe the depth of your shoe is between our 15-121 (9/16" thick) and our 15-047 (5/8" thick) Being a residential window, I would lean toward the 15-121. Take a look and get back to us with some thoughts.
