need replacement window balance

Question

not sure window manufacturer.  Removed balance is Caldwell 25 5 GR.  26 inches long

I think this is S385-26, but just check my guess. You should have a 26" metal bar and the shoe shown below. If so, go ahead and look at the S385-26">S385-26 with a 2550 option.
