Need Replacement Window Hinge

Home Owner from Norfolk, VA
good day
I live on the VA Beach which is heavy in Salt air. As you can see, many of the parts are terribly corroded. I could not find a brand of my windows but in the one picture you can see the only label that I could find. can you provide replacement parts with these pictures?

Appreciate your help,
Ron

Hello,

I would recommend starting by comparing the specification of the 36-048 hinge set to yours. We also offer the 36-004-10 in stainless steel to help with saltwater corrosion.

As for your operators, take a look at the video below to help you confirm the correct replacements.

It looks like you also need new casement locks and the second photo looks like it may be showing the keeper that it latches onto. We may be able to supply replacements for these parts as well but we would need to see undamaged versions removed from the window to compare to our inventory.

We also carry a selection of tie bars, which you can view at the bottom of the page here. With that being said, we would need to see the entire bar, determine the type of rollers that it uses, and the exact length to narrow down your options. Thank you!

Good day. Find attached more detailed pictures, as requested by the gentleman in your office that I spoke with. Please let me know what parts I need to order.
Thanks

Unforutnately, these photos do not give us any new information about your hardware. It does look like you have hinges similar in style to the 36-048 but with a possibly larger base. You will need to measure the length of the base of the hinge that mounts to the window sill to choose the correct replacement from the options related on this page.

It also looks like you have one of the Encore style operators shown in the video we sent you but you will need to detach the long arm from the sash track to determine whcih fitting you'll need.

Casey I lost your most recent email, where you said it looks like I "...have hinges similar in style to the 36-048 but with a possibly larger base."

Can you resend it please?

From the attached pictures, it appears that I need the 36-049 which has a 14" base vs my 13" base. Also it appears that I'll need two 39-529 sliders. Additionally I will need the lock 38-095. What is the part number for the white plastic part shown in the attached picture? This part is used to mount the long vertical rod that the lock latches on to. Is it possible for us to talk on the phone to save time? If so, I'd appreciate it!

Regards, Ron

Unfortunately, our parts team does not have a direct phone line so all correspondence would need to be done through this thread. With that being said, I agree that the 36-049 set would be our best match for your hinges with a 13" base. Keep in mind that you would need to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.

It also looks like you are showing a tie bar guide. We offer two replacement options, the 39-448 and 39-417. Take a look at the video below for more information on these parts.
