Before we get started, can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center?

Ok, I am not sure what you need. I show in pictures the handler is 10 ins long and the holes that keep the handles on the door are 4ins apart. All I would like is the outside handles that are the same and no lock.

Start by taking a look at our 82-030 handle set with 3-15/16" hole spacing. Carefully look over our dimensions and compare them to your original hardware to see if this matches up for what you need.
