need sash cam cap

Question

I have 390-28 balance and needs to have some of the broken sash caps on the top. could you identify and send me 14   caps. it is brown color

It looks like you need a new top sash guide. I can't make it out clearly in your photos, though; the tape measure is partially obscuring it in every photo.

One possible match is our 18-166. Review its specs below and see how well they compare. If they differ in any way, please indicate where and write out the appropriate dimensions. An unobstructed photo would also be helpful.
