need sash window parts

A home owner from Pullman WA 99163 says:

I have 10 wooden sash windows installed around 1968. Although 50 years old, they are good windows. I have been unable to locate any name or other identifying information on them. One photo is an overview of this type of window.

They do not have weights for counter balance, but instead have springs in the plastic jamb. The plastic jamb and the partially hidden spring are shown in another photo.

The parts shown in the third photo (and for which I am looking for replacements) connect the spring and the sash. There are two styles, and in the photo I have labeled them style A and style B. Style A is used for the left side of the window (looking at the window from inside the house) and style B is on the right side. Each part is shown in two views. the parts are about 1-1/4" long.

Thank you for lending your expertise for identification of this window, and perhaps you have replacement parts, -Scotty
