need taller window lock keeper

Question

my single hung Patriot brand window will not lock.  the lock does not line up with the keeper and need to know if you sell a taller keeper or a fix / work around to lock this window.  I am assuming the window is out of alignment due to 13 years of closing the window without locking it.
