need tandem roller(s) for NovaTech patio door : SWISCO.com

I bought two Item #81-018 Slinding Patio Glass Door Tandem Rollers from you and the wheels do not recess enough into the roller frame to allow door to be placed back into door frame.As you can see in the attached pictures (pic three and pic 4) the old roller wheels recess to 1/8" of wheel exposed and the 81-018 only recess to leave 1/4" exposed which does not allow for the door to lift over the threshold and drop into place.

Thank you kindly for waiting! We are adding a version of this roller with 1-1/4" wheels with the minimum exposed .15." It will take a few weeks for production, but we'll reach back out as soon as it's available.
