need the skylight opener

A handy person from westbury, ny 11568 says:
we need probably 6 pcs of each,
eyelet to fit the crank opener and then the hook pole to operate the skylight,

what do you recommond.

This looks like our 39-379 Skylight Operator. Look it over and see if you agree. I am afraid we don't carry the pole for this operator, just a crank extension like the 39-157 and a hook like the 39-214. I apologize for any inconvenience. 

A quick learner from Massachusetts says:
The skylight operator box in my skylight has bent and will not operate the window. The screw holes, the length and width match measurements from your 39-379 unit. Could you please provide me a measurement on the 39-379 unit from the right side of the shield covering the chain to the right side of the 39-379 unit? My part measured 1.375 inches. Attached is a photo of the unit in my window.
