I need this window part for anderson casement in white # 7191-32 L bought from swisco 136116 R and its wrong i'd like to return and get the one below thanks

Now, as for the operator you sent us photos of, I believe you may need 39-095 or 39-115, Andersen Straight Arm Operators. Take a look and compare the dimensions to your part.
If one of these are a good match, also order the 39-154 (cover) and 39-286 (handle), both are available in the color white.
