need this with a 4" link arm

hello, we need to replace 2 dyad operators in our home (the housing has cracked) and need the link arm to be 4". We are having trouble finding this...any suggestions?

Hello!

I'm afraid we don't have an operator with that link arm size. The only solution we've ever been able to get to work is by swapping the arms out. This can be done by drilling the arms off the old and new operator, then installing the old arm on the new operator using our 62-014 rivet. Would this work for you? Let me know what you think, or if you had any other questions.
