A handy person from North Florida says:
I have these in the bottom of every window in my home. They keep the window in the frame and the window will articulate as well (it will hinge on these pins). There are zero markings on these pins. They are metal. That's about all I know. The longest dimension (length) is 2-11/16 (including the pin) (the pin accounts for 3/8) / width is 5/8 (pin is 5/16) / the thickness of the unit is about 3/8

I am not sure if we have a replacement for this tilt latch, but start by giving our 26-462 a look. Compare the dimensions to your existing latch, and let me know if anything differs, or if you think this well could work for you.
