This door needs an exterior cylinder. Do you have such a thing?

I'm not sure what you mean. Are you looking for an exterior handle key lock? If so, check out our 82-310 key cylinder. This may work for you. If you want to replace the whole handle set, I think our 82-055K Acorn lockset could work, but just make sure the hole spacing on your existing hardware is 3-1/2".
