need to identify window weather seal

Question

need to identify weather seal that goes to the bottom of aluminum frame windows in my house in Florida. The current weather seal has gotten very hard and brittle from the Florida heat and needs to be replaced. It fits up in a slot at the bottom of the windows are Nuair brand.
