need to know the correct balance option

Hi, I have what seems like an identical single hung Alenco window that requires a replacement set of balances.  However, my old balance stamp is "2790 EK 31", and my lower sash weighs 31.8 lbs. Are there different options for the heavier sash?

Thanks for posting! I see you were looking at our S395-28 before. If your sash is 31.8 pounds then I recommend the 2760 option. If you look at the chart on the S395-28 store page, you can see that two balances with this stamp can carry sashes weighing 30 through 33 pounds. That should be perfect for your window.
