There is a strong chance we can supply you with a replacement for the roller you need but I'll need to see a photo of the entire roller to properly identify the right replacement. The piece you have pictured here appears to be only of the inner housing of the roller. Unfortunately, this does not provide enough information to identify which of our rollers might be the best fit for your repairs.
The rest of the roller is likely still installed in the door.

Thanks for the photos. It is still a bit difficult to identify the rollers from the photos your presented. Unfortunately, since they are in separate pieces, it is hard to get a clear idea of the exact roller you need. That said, our 81-298 may work as a suitable replacement for the one you have but you'll need to review and compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the roller you need.
