Your balance resembles the S795-27 channel balance but your stamp code indicates that you might have a heavy sash, which may not be supported by any of our stock options. If you could confirm the exact weight of your sash, we can go from there. Thank you!

Hi Casey,
I still need your help. The window is located in a condo unit, which I sold in August. I made the agreement that I would replace the balancer that I broke. The HOA, Property Management Company nor the builders don't seem to know what windows were used. So the only thing I have to go by is the balancer.
I'm in contact with the new owners, waiting to hear back to see if they can figure out how much the sash weighs.
Is there an average weight that could be used?

We believe that you are looking for the S795-27 channel balance with a 27G strength option to support a sash weight between 34 and 38 lbs. We would still encourage you to confirm the sash weight but hopefully this information helps point you in the right direction.

As we mentioned, it's important to confirm the exact weight to make sure that oru balances will work but if the sash falls within the 34 to 38 lbs weight range, the S795-27 channel balance with a 27G strength option should work for the repair.
