I don't know the manufacurer, but need to replace the coil spring balance and tilt latch on two windows.

We can certainly find the parts you need for your window. To start with your latches, compare the dimensions of yours to our 26-243 and 26-244 left and right latches. For your balance, I think our 15-175 shoe and Series 152 coil balance will work for you, but you'll need the stamp from your old spring to confirm the best Series 152 option for your window.
