Hey there! Your handle set looks like it could be our 82-086. Look over the dimensions and compare it to your existing handle to confirm that this is the right fit. The installation hole measurement should be 3-15/16". You'll also want to confirm that your latch lever is in an offset position.

The compatible mortise lock is part 82-218. Although, I am confident this is the correct replacement, be sure to look over the dimensions and compare them to your lock.
