need to replace exterior door bottom seal

I haven't been able to locate a replacement for the bottom seal of my exterior kitchen door. I think the door may be made by Pella. It was installed as part of a remodel in 2008. The photo is the edge-on view. Any idea where I can get one? The door is 36" wide, and is a fiberglass clad wooden door.

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid we don't have an exact match for this sweep. See our 58-176. This is mounted by screws on one side. Let me know what you think.
