need to replace mortise lock on a Guardian sliding patio door

Hi,

We are selling our house and I need to replace the mortise lock in our Guardian sliding patio door. It measures 3 3/4" from center of screw to center of screw.

The stamping on the glass of the door is as follows ...

Can you please suggest the replacement mortise lock based off of the info/pictures I have provided.
