need to replace sliding door lock.

Question

The longer one is our original door lock.  The smaller one is the one we just ordered but is too small; it doesn't fit.  We need a longer lock.

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear the mortise lock you ordered didn't work for you; you can view our Return Policy here. It looks like you need something more like our 82-239 possibly; just go over all the specifications, as well as the orientation of the hooks that protrude from the lock, to ensure it matches your old hardware. Let me know what you find.
