need to replace and fix these

the string has sprung form the bottom part now allowing the window to stay open. need to repair this. anyone know the part name I need?

Thanks for posting! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement coil balance assembly needed to repair your window. Although, to confirm the right replacement, I'll need to see a photo of the balance assembly removed from the window. Unfortunately, I am not able to make out the details of the balance from the photos provided.
