need vinyl window balance replacement

I have a project to renovate 117 townhouse units and I need to fix any window with balances that do not work. The balance has marks : BSI, RA and 28C. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there!

Your balance assembly looks like our S795-28 with the 28C spring strength option. We don't sell this exact shoe but our 15-194 (sold separately) is similar. Look over the specifications and compare them with yours to see what you think.

WOW, that is amazing!! I have been chasing down parts and pieces looking for makers marks, patent numbers and trying to figure out how to source the parts for a few days now. You are like going to the Antiques Roadshow and having the experts figure out what you actually have.
