need washers for shoulder screw and pan head phillips screw

I just received my RH Awning Operator (3/8" hole, Part # 39-419). With it there are several parts to link its arm to the arm of the awning window, including a 5/16" Shoulder Crew, 1/4" - 20 Thread (Part # 33-070). Also included is a #10 X 1/2" Pan Head Phillips Screw (Part # 33-081). What I need are washers that will fit these screws in case I use them to install the Operator. I'll purchase them from Swisco if they are available. Can you help me with that?
