Thanks for posting! Your balances appear to be the 30" Series 380 or Series 385 Channel Balances. 

To determine which of these is the series you'll need, confirm the dimension for the depth of the bottom shoe. It should either be 1" or 1-3/32". Let me know if it doesn't match either measurement.

These will likely need to be custom/special order balances given the stamps on your metal channel. The stamp indicates that your balances may carry 56lbs; our standard balances can only up to 40lbs.
