Hi, need help identifying a window balance. Here are photos of my window balance. It measures 12 inches end to end including the plastic ends. The metal alone measures 10 1/2 inches. Its 5/8 wide I am including photos. Home built in 2003. Thank you!

Hello,
We can supply your replacement balances but it will need to be a custom order due to the length, extended travel pulley system and unique combination of end attachments. Please note that this type of balance assembly should have a 10-5/8" long metal channel, not including the end fittings. Double-check your measurement to confirm.
We'd also like to see another photo of the side of your bottom fitting where the metal clip extends from without the tape measure to confirm the correct replacement. We'll also need to confirm the number of balances that you need, with the minimum being two, to send over your order link. Thank you!

Hi, here are some more photos. I remeasured and the long metal channel, without end fittings and it is 10- 5/5" long. I need six of them because I have 3 windows. Thank you!
