window glass is 11" Tall need two window balances

Hello,
We'd be happy to look into this for you but we can't be sure of the balances that you need without seeing the originals. Is there another window in the house that uses the same hardware with intact balances that you could show us?
It also look like you have a type of clip in the window jamb but we would to confirm how it engages with intact balances form another window as well. Thank you!

Unfortunately I don't have the originals balances and there are two windows with this issue and both missing the balances. what Can i provide to get the possible right balances. I'm open to buying a variety of balances and trying them out and returning at my shipping cost the ones that did not work. Can you ID the window? Do you want a larger picture of the window sash and frame?

Thanks for getting back to us. As we mentioned, we can't be sure of what you need without seeing the original balances but we'll do our best to narrow down your option. First, we'd like to see any manufacturer labels on the windows or frames. We'll also need to know the exact weight of the sash, as well as the height of the visible glass. From there, I'll pass your information to our senior experts to determine if they know if any balances that are commonly used in your windows.
