need window parts

A quick learner from woodinville says:
This is what I know about the original parts.....they appear to be the 400 series with the 3/8"diameter, 26" long and the window itself weighs around 26 pounds. The clips are like the # 13 ones on your webpage.

It's interesting how they mounted the # 13 clips to a 1/4" thick removable nylon "glide" to make the window slide smoother.

Should I keep the old style balance's or do you see a better option.

I will need 4 balances, 4 # 13 clips and a load tool if we go the original part route.

Thank you!

We usually recommend sticking with the system your window uses now, just to be safe. You know it works, which isn't something you can say about any other kind of balance, which will always be a gamble.

In your case, I recommend using our 17-010 balance bracket with an S400-26. Let me know what you think.
