need window sash locks

Do you have a replacement for the attached window sash lock? It is 2 1/16 inches between screw holes on each sash, 1 1/16 inches between screw holes on different sashes, screw holes on the keeper is 6/16 from edge between sashes, and the screw holes on the lock is 11/16 from the edge between sashes.
