A quick learner from New York says:
I am looking for a new opener for a casement style window, could be a Vetter?

Thanks

Tom from SWISCO responded:

Thanks for your patience as we looked into this. Looks like your worm gear is stripped out. This cannot be repaired or replaced, unfortunately. You'll need an all new operator.

We can identify what you have, but before I recommend anything we will need a photo of this operator out of the window. Let me know!
