new rollers for a Hurd sliding glass door

Lettering from between the glass on the side:
Hurd IGCC 276 CBA

lettering on the upper corner of insde glass: 4861 8813309..other lettering unreadable

doors installed in 1989

I would like to see some photos of the rollers. Could we see some photos of the rollers?

The door is in place and there is no way to see the rollers unless I remove the header and drop the door. I would need to get help to do this as I am an 80 year old woman. I have a contractor ready to do the work if I can find the right rollers. He will charge me to remove the door, take pictures and replace the door. Is there any other way to find the correct rollers?

If your Hurd door has an adjusting screw facing towards the inside of the house, there is a possibility you may be able to use our 81-018 tandem patio door assembly. Take a look and if this does not appear to work for you, then the only other option would be to see the actual roller itself.
