new sash cords, Top of window

This window has two sash cord boxes at top. one cord is broken. can it be replaced or can I buy the two boxes at the top. Think I can take the box apart and rewind in new cord.

Trying to re-cord the balance box would be a very time consuming job, and it may not even operate properly after that. We can help you replace the balance box itself, though. Please remove it and tell me everything you see stamped on it. Even better, take a few pictures of the stamps instead and upload them here for us to see.

I'm going to wait for cooler weather, to do this job. This is a Andersen sash balance the number is # 1133. If there not too expensive most likely replace both boxes. Thanks BUD
Can I get the sash balances from you.

Is that the number printed on the balance box? If so, see our 24-1133. This can replace Andersen balances stamped with 1133.
