new track and rollers

The door to which the attached sticker photo is affixed is in need of a new track and rollers...

Is there any way to determine the manufacturer to get replacement parts?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Do you still have the old parts? The only surefire way to identify replacements is to see a photo of your hardware.
