no cut out to remove balance

Question

Need to install a two piece constant force balance.  However, there is no cutout on the sash track to remove and replace.  How is this done?

Thanks for reaching out to us! Since your window does not have a cutout, you will need to make them so that you can remove/install your balances. Take a look at the video tutorial below for an idea on how to complete this.
