See our 39-089 or 39-187. The only difference between these two operators is the shape of the gear arm--note with the 39-089 it has a Z-shape, whereas the 39-187 has a W-shape. Compare each with your old operator and see if either match what you need. If you're uncertain, send clearer pictures of your operator's split-arm to confirm.
