one spring unit is missing. Clip is broken on the only unit that fits.
Unsure of the make of the window but small removable cap looks like M W

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

As for the stamp, "26 9" is an outdated code. I would recommend weighing your sash on a scale to confirm which one of our more modern options will work for you. We have a chart on the store page for both balances that will allow you to pick the best code for the job.
