on the right and left bottom of the sash attached the plastic or nylon identified parts i need to replace.
Could you help to find this parts on your website. Sash is knocking and moving from the left to the right side. I bought the spiral balances and top guides but don't know what should be on the bottom of the sash.

I believe you may be describing the window glazing bead. We don't offer any parts in aluminum, but if you send us some pictures of the part that you're trying to replace we may be able to offer a replacement.
